As I entered my 40s, I wanted to take a big turn on myself to improve my lifestyle and focus on my health. As I started my fitness journey, the first thing I felt was the sudden increase in energy. The second was gaining more confidence as I lost weight and toned my body. I realized that health is wealth and dedicated myself and my family to a healthier lifestyle. I enjoyed working out and acknowledged that the key to a healthier living comes from 2 basic rules; eat clean and be consistent with your workouts weekly. Within two years of consistent training (6 days a week), I got myself certified as a trainer and dedicated to helping my friends and clients to a healthier lifestyle.

Being a vegetarian trainer, I create a perfect balance for educating my vegetarian and vegan clients on what food has a good source of protein and how to balance their carb intake by choosing between good and bad fats. My experience and journey while transforming have made me understand the macros of diet, which I can share with my clients. As a proud mother of 2 kids and a fitness trainer, my passion is to spread and motivate others to a healthier lifestyle.
